Brent Wilke brings more than 25 years of experience delivering AI, data governance, data management, and analytics solutions across banking, retail, healthcare, insurance, and financial services organizations.

He has led data management and analytics teams responsible for managing the Customer Golden Record, conducting strategic analysis of KPI and SLA delivery, developing customer-churn segmentation, and identifying and understanding organic growth.

In banking, Brent led data teams in developing and managing customer-churn segmentation that placed retail banking customers along a continuum from highly engaged to at high risk of attrition.

Brent has received awards, including Target’s Analytics Award, for his work on an IT Service Management system that gave lines of business direct visibility into their IT expenses and technology footprint. He has discussed AI, analytics, and chief data officer roles on panels including the MIT CDOIQ Symposium.

Brent is a retired Royal Canadian Navy officer who served as a Combat Dive Officer. He remains active in athletics as a college, high school, and youth sports official for lacrosse and football.
